1. Available Plans

Nyra offers the following premium subscription options:

  • Personal Plan: Premium features for your personal use across all servers
  • Server Plan: Premium features activated for an entire Discord server
  • Lifetime Plan: One-time payment for permanent premium access

2. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • PayPal
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay

All payments are processed securely through our trusted payment partners. We never store your full payment details on our servers.

3. Billing and Renewal

For subscription plans:

  • Subscriptions are billed at the start of each billing period
  • Monthly plans renew every 30 days from purchase date
  • Annual plans renew every 365 days from purchase date
  • You will receive email notification before renewal
  • Renewal amount may change with prior notice

4. Subscription Management

You can manage your subscription at any time:

  • Upgrade or downgrade your plan through Discord commands
  • Cancel anytime - access continues until end of billing period
  • Reactivate cancelled subscriptions before period ends
  • View billing history and receipts in your account

5. Pricing Changes

We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Any price changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance. Existing subscribers will be grandfathered at their current rate until the end of their current billing period, after which the new pricing will apply upon renewal.

6. Taxes

Prices displayed may not include applicable taxes. Depending on your location, VAT, GST, or other taxes may be added to your purchase. The final amount including taxes will be shown before you complete your purchase.

7. Failed Payments

If a payment fails:

  • We will attempt to process the payment again within 24-48 hours
  • You will receive notification of the failed payment
  • Premium access may be suspended after multiple failed attempts
  • Update your payment method to restore service

8. Refunds

Refund requests are handled according to our Refund Policy. Please review it for eligibility criteria and the refund process.

9. Service Delivery

Premium features are activated instantly upon successful payment. If you experience any delays in activation (more than 15 minutes), please contact our support team with your payment confirmation.
