First-time refund request for your account

Service was unavailable for an extended period during your subscription
Technical issues prevented you from using premium features
Accidental or unauthorized purchase (within 48 hours)
Premium features significantly different from advertised
Not Eligible for Refund
Change of mind after the 7-day period
Violation of Terms of Service leading to account suspension
Partial month usage requests

2. How to Request a Refund

3. Refund Processing

4. Partial Refunds
